Shipping
Domestic
Domestic shipping rates start at $4.00 and increases as package weight increases. Tracking is provided for all shipments. Signature Confirmation and insurance available upon request with additional fee.
Canada
Canadian shipping rates start at $10 and increases as package weight Tracking is provided for all shipments. Signature Confirmation and insurance available upon request with additional fee.
International
International shipping rates start at $15 and increases as package weight Tracking is provided for all shipments. Signature Confirmation and insurance available upon request with additional fee.
Customs Duties / Fees
Customs fees and/or duties are the responsibility of the receiver once item has arrived to it's destination.
Return/Exchange/Refunds Policy
Returns/Cancellations
All Sales Are Final. There are absolutely NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

In the case you are sent the wrong item(s), please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Exchanges
Because items are one of a kind and handmade, absolutely no exchanges are offered.
Refunds
All Sales Are Final. Due to the unique nature of handmade items, whether it be charms or molds, once your order has been placed there are absolutely NO refunds or cancellations. I will work with you if there are any issues with your order, but please be mindful of this policy prior to ordering.
Customs/RTS/Release Items
Ready To Ship [RTS]
All sales are final. Most ready to ship, non-release, items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Actual delivery time is dependent on the USPS. If expedited shipping is needed, please choose the option upon checkout. If expedited shipping is not available upon checkout, please feel free to contact us, either via our website or DM on Instagram.
Weekly Release Molds / Items
All sales are final. Mold releases are a hectic time, so please be aware that I do try to ship within FIVE days (shipping days are generally Monday & Tuesday) following a release however it may take up to TWO weeks for shipping of your order, depending on workload. Please allow for this time frame prior to contacting me regarding status. You can stay updated on release shipping by checking my story on Instagram.
Custom Molds
All sales are final. Payment is due in full upfront in order for your order to be accepted. Please keep in mind that depending on my current custom workload that custom mold orders do not have a specified turnaround time and may vary. Please check Instagram story or feel free to DM me for updates!

2Where do you get your molds?
I use both plastic and silicone molds. Plastic molds are available from mold makers on Instagram and Etsy.
The silicone molds that I use are sourced from many places; Amazon, Aliexpress, Ebay, Etsy, and Instagram. Whenever possible, I list where I got the mold in use on my Instagram captions.
